Consent form for information disclosure to the Revenue Department

From 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, the Revenue Department has required taxpayers who wish to exercise their tax deduction right from personal accident insurance premium to declare their intention to Charan Insurance PCL., so that Charan Insurance PCL. can submit premium payment information electronically to the Revenue Department. You may declare your intention to exercise tax deduction right for personal income tax.

Remark : In case you haven’t informed your requirement, we will assume that you do not give consent to submit and disclose the information concerning the insurance premium to the Revenue Department, then you will not be able to exercise your income tax deduction on such premium.
